Tamara was a senior paralegal in the Childcare Proceedings team representing clients in cases concerning care proceedings, injunctions for victims of domestic abuse and private children law disputes.
Tamara received an Exhibition Scholarship from Inner Temple which assisted her as she progressed to a career at the Bar.
In 2019, Tamara served as the first Vice President of the Inner Temple Racial Equality Society. A society that strives to increase the representation of ethnic minority groups at the Bar. In her role, Tamara hosted events such as a workshop on combatting the imposter syndrome and helped organise opportunities such as a mock pupillage interview scheme.
Whilst completing her law degree she volunteered with Support Through Court. Support Through Court is a charity dedicated to providing independent and free assistance to people going through court proceedings without legal representation. Tamara specifically assisted those with proceedings in the family courts.
