Laura is a family law specialist who acts in all areas relating to children. Her experience covers children work at all levels, including complex (and intractable) child arrangement disputes, leave to remove, allegations of child abuse within a private law context and private law cases involving serious domestic violence and related fact finding hearings.
In her public law work Laura represents parents, grandparents as parties and interveners and local authorities encompassing issues of sexual abuse, physical abuse, neglect and non-accidental injuries.
Prior to joining the Bar, Laura worked for The Children’s Legal Centre representing children and young people in the area of education law particularly judicial review.
Laura sits as a Deputy District Judge.
