Three members of chambers appeared in the case of London Borough of [ ] v AL & Ors [2024] EWFC 390 (B), heard in the Family Court at West London,
Paul Murray, representing the First Respondent Mother, was instructed by Griffiths Robertson.

The judgment, delivered by His Honour Judge Willans on 6 December 2024, addressed concerns regarding injuries sustained by a 12-year-old. Referred to as J. The court examined the circumstances leading to these injuries and assessed the responsibility of the parents.
The proceedings will now advance to the welfare stage, where the court will determine the most appropriate arrangements for the child’s future.
