The second in our series of Private Law seminars took place on Monday evening 2nd December 2019 in the splendid surroundings of the Queen’s Room in Middle Temple.
4 Brick Court’s Jacqui Gilliatt, gave a truly excellent presentation to a packed audience of Children law solicitors . The seminar entitled ‘Trials within Trials: Finding Hearings in Private Law Cases’, considered a number of issues in this thorny subject including; When are fact-findings necessary, justified and proportionate?, Drafting schedules of allegations, Evidence gathering & practical preparation and the Impact on welfare findings.
