2014 Children Law Conference

A one day conference for members of London Boroughs Legal Alliance covering everything you need to know for day to day practice and those more awkward cases.
The day will include three keynote talks from Janet Mitchell, Helen Knott and Judith Pepper and additional workshops.
The workshops will include:
- How to complete the welfare “balance sheet” to be Re B-S (2013) compliant.
- SGO support packages: liabilities and limitations and the difference between public and private arrangements for children.
- Dealing with the LAA.
The day will also include an introduction to forced marriage applications and cover the basis of dealing with age assessments.
