4 Brick Court Head of Chambers Ian Griffin, David Bannocks and Sarah Fincham appeared in the Court of Appeal on 3rd October 2019 before Peter Jackson LJ, Baker LJ, Males LJ in the matter of RE A (CHILDREN) (2019).
Care orders made in respect of two boys were set aside where, on the basis of the available evidence, it had been premature to make a final order as there remained too many unanswered questions as to how their welfare needs could best be met.
