Four Brick Court Seminar – Return to the PLO: What we need to know, On Friday 20th January at 2 pm.
Presented by Jacqui Gilliatt (1992) looking at the President’s Guidance from November 2022 and the strong judicial messages about the return of the PLO to care proceedings. Aimed at LAs / legal and client departments. But very useful for all of us given the pressure coming from above. Jacqui will also be looking at issues that include cost threats.
