Comment
The case has a long history which goes back to at least 2010. In that time the original claimant, Ms Madhu Kapoor, has sadly died, as has one of the original defendants, Ms Gurdev Johal. Nothing in this judgment should be interpreted as a lack of sympathy for them or their families. Ms Kapoor’s estate is now represented in this litigation by her brother and personal representative, Ashok Kapoor.
