This year marks the 36th anniversary of Black History Month, and throughout October 2023, members of the Legal Black, Asian and ethnic minorities have been celebrating. This year’s central theme is ‘Saluting our Sisters’. This article will feature Bibi Badejo and Emma Hughes, two Black female practitioners from Four Brick Court, Chambers of Isabelle Watson, and their role in positively shaping the legal sector.
