Paul Pavlou is a highly sought-after senior, junior specialising in financial remedy claims arising from divorce, claims made on behalf of children under Schedule 1 to the Children Act 1989, proceedings after overseas divorce, domestic and international enforcement, disputes under the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996, the creation and interpretation of nuptial agreements, and claims under the Inheritance (etc.) Act 1975 and Children Act applications.
