Susan Quinn is a highly experienced child law practitioner specialising in public and private law proceedings. She values a common-sense and straightforward approach to her lay and professional clients. It is of the utmost importance to Susan that her clients feel at ease and are listened to during what is likely to be difficult and stressful proceedings.

Practice overview 

Susan acts on behalf of local authorities, parents, children’s guardians, competent children and intervenors in a wide range of cases including:

  • Sexual abuse, including inter-generational abuse and inter-sibling abuse
