Presented by Jacqui Gilliatt (1992) looking at the President’s Guidance from November 2022 and the strong judicial messages about the return of the PLO to care proceedings. Aimed at LAs / legal and client departments. But very useful for all of us given the pressure coming from above. Jacqui will also be looking at issues that include cost threats.

MTYBA Black History Month Event

Please join Middle Temple Young Barristers Association (MTYBA) and the MTSA for our annual Black History Month Event on 17th October 2022. This is a hybrid event and will be taking place online and in person. The venue is Middle Temple Hall at 6:30 pm.
